DIFFERENT SERVICES FOR DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS

There are two customer segments in the solar integration business. The Residential Market requiring solar production systems under 10 kW, and the Commercial / Institutional category that typically install larger solar PV systems. Each segment has distinctive characteristics as a result of operational and administrative needs:

1. The OPA application process varies radically based on the size of the solar installation.
2. There are vast differences in the types of solar components needed for each segment (panel modules, DC to AC conversion inverters, roof mounting systems, electrical conduits, engineering specifications, system monitoring components, etc).
3. Roof configurations vary due to building designs and size.
4. Stakeholder involvement is quite different from the living room to the board room.

SUNRISE - TRADING UNDER TWO BRAND NAMES

So if you're wondering why we go to market under two brands, it's because we feel each of the two customer segments above require different servicing approaches, altered selling cycles and most importantly strong variations in our marketing messages
